Genard Associates, Ltd. is a franchise of Butler Manufacturing Company offering Design-Build, Supply, ReRoof, Repair, Expansion, Project Management, Consultation, and General Contracting services.
Started by Jim Genard, who has been in the construction industry since 1971, the company has grown under his direction every year. Genard Associates, Ltd. has been a Butler buildings dealer since 1994, serving all of Eastern Pennsylvania. It is safe to say Butler Manufacturing Company is not your typical building company as they have spent the better part of a hundred years as the worldwide leader in building systems design.
Genard Associates, Ltd. is actively involved in the local community and has been an active member of the Liberty Chapter of the AMBUCS organization for over a decade. Also, Genard Associates, Ltd. is an active supporter of the United States Military and their members (past, present and future) by donating time and financial support to Wreathes Across America.
