This project was a joint venture between Genard Associates, Ltd. and Spread Eagle Developers. Genard Associates, Ltd. provided the foundation design, foundation construction, supply & erect steel, stair towers, 2nd floor concrete, glass/glazing, and all drivit exterior. The final project is aproximately 54,000 square feet project.
